Who We Are

House of Hope Foundation, Inc. (HOH) was incorporated in 2004.  It is a 501(c)(3) not-for- profit charitable organization. Our organization is the catalyst for attaining successful outcomes for a better quality of life by providing homeownership opportunities to individuals and families. We address housing and community development issues, revitalization and housing rehabilitation initiatives through cost-effective designs and leading technologies in the housing industry. We utilize counseling, classroom sessions, seminars, video/web-based training sessions, workshops, and one-on- one contact with clients to assist individuals and families’ personal finance goals (developing a spending plan/budget), understanding credit scores, how to read credit files, and debt load and ratios, etc. The results are "winning solutions" for the community, individuals, and families.

Our efforts are accomplished through joint ventures and partnerships between public agencies, municipalities, community development corporations, for-profit developers, for-profit lenders, investors, and government-sponsored entities. The organization was founded to meet the growing need for capacity building services for Faith-based Organizations (FBOs), Community- based Organizations (CBOs), private and public sector industries, financial literacy, taxpayer’s rights and responsibilities, community development, and economic empowerment. We are a
